ATG Review Methodology

ATG reviews combine verified product facts with editorial analysis intended to help agents understand fit, trade-offs, and value. We prioritize official product documentation for factual claims and distinguish verified facts from our editorial judgment.

What we evaluate

Our assessment considers six areas that shape how useful a tool is in day-to-day agent work.

  • Product capabilities

How complete and effective the tool's core feature set is for its intended job.

  • Industry and real-estate fit

How well the product solves the actual workflows and problems of the professionals we recommend it to.

  • Usability

How easy the product is to learn, navigate, and use in day-to-day work.

  • Integrations

How well the product connects with the other tools agents and teams rely on.

  • Value

Whether the pricing is justified by the functionality, time savings, and business impact.

  • Support

The quality, accessibility, and usefulness of customer support and onboarding resources.

How we research

  • Official vendor pricing, feature, integration and help documentation are primary sources for factual claims.
  • Reputable independent sources may be used for context and cross-checking.
  • Demos, trials or hands-on product use are only claimed when actually performed.
  • Facts that can change, such as pricing and plans, carry a verification date.

How the overall score works

An ATG Editorial Score is only assigned when enough reliable evidence exists to evaluate the dimensions used for that product. Not every dimension must be scored identically across categories. Usability, support, or other experience-dependent dimensions should not receive confident scores without defensible evidence.

What the scores mean

Use this guide to read any ATG score at a glance.

9.0–10.0Exceptional
8.0–8.9Excellent
7.0–7.9Good
6.0–6.9Fair
Below 6.0Limited recommendation

Editorial independence

ATG scores are editorial evaluations, not user-review averages. They may combine verified product research with direct product experience where available. Any hands-on testing is disclosed rather than assumed.

Where affiliate relationships exist, they do not determine editorial scores or recommendations. Affiliate compensation does not change the standards used to evaluate a product.

Our goal is straightforward: recommend tools based on product quality, fit, usability, value, integrations, and support, so agents can choose with confidence.
